AKTS is designed to fit into everyday life, but it does require a real commitment. Students should plan to devote approximately two hours each day to lessons, assignments, study, and practical application, plus one hour for the live class every Saturday.

Altogether, you will need about 15 hours each week.

You do not need a perfect schedule or unlimited free time. You simply need to be willing to make room for the training and participate consistently. Before enrolling, take an honest look at your current responsibilities and decide whether you can protect this time each week.
